We want you to love your new foundation for your home, which is why we offer a 30-day trial period on all our rugs. If the texture, color, or size isn't a perfect fit for your space, we make the return process simple and transparent.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the order history section to select the rug you wish to return and generate a return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully roll the rug and wrap it in the original protective plastic or heavy-duty packaging to ensure it remains clean during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of the wrapped rug.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Schedule

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location or contact us to schedule a home pickup for oversized area rugs.
