How do I choose the right rug size for my room?
As a general rule, ensure the rug is large enough so that at least the front legs of your furniture sit on it. For dining rooms, choose a size that allows all chair legs to remain on the rug even when pulled out.
What is your return policy for rugs?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the rug in its original condition for a full refund, minus return shipping costs.
How are the rugs shipped and will they arrive creased?
Rugs are shipped rolled and vacuum-sealed to protect the fibers. While minor creasing may occur during transit, these will typically flatten out within 72 hours of being unrolled in your home.
Do I need a rug pad?
Yes, we highly recommend using a rug pad. It prevents slipping, protects your flooring from scratches, and extends the life of your rug by providing extra cushioning and airflow.
How do I clean and maintain my new rug?
Regular vacuuming without a beater bar is recommended. For spills, blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth. We suggest professional cleaning every 12-18 months for high-traffic areas.
